Shengzhou necktie cos raise export price

Shengzhou city, Zhejiang Province is known all round the world for its necktie industry. This city manufactures wide range of neckties and offers variety of patterns in different materials.
Average per piece export price has stood around US $2, for past months. However, from April this year, the local necktie industry decided to raise per piece export price by about $0.10.
This hike is mainly due to RMB appreciation, the adjustment of export rebate rate, the rise of production cost and so on. Experts say that the rich background and fame of Shengzhou necktie industry also backs this firm trend.
Market insiders inform that during the general election of local necktie industrial association, most local enterprises requested the price hike.
Thus, the authorities met with RANDA Company, the biggest purchaser of men's accessories from the US, and finally approved price hike of $0.10.
