Reshaping the boundaries of traditional magazine communication, the MONOCLE Shop in Marylebone was inspired by the success of MONOCLE's bespoke design, product and lifestyle retail partnerships, with brands including Comme des Garçons, Porter, Artek and Drakes London.

“We've had an overwhelming response from our readers for the MONOCLE products available at our online MONOCLE shop and through retailers such as Liberty UK, Beams Japan, Tretorn and our shop-in-shop at Dover Street Market, London,” says MONOCLE Editor in Chief, Tyler Brûlé.

“Opening our own shop was a very natural step for us to create a perfect home to sell our magazine and also specially selected products we feel our readers are looking for.”

Designed by the MONOCLE team, the MONOCLE Shop, located at 2a George Street, off Marylebone High Street, London W11, is just 100 sq ft and will showcase the distinctive MONOCLE design aesthetic. Selling the full MONOCLE range and magazines, the store will also stock a regularly updated selection of curated products sourced internationally, including exclusive John Smedley knitwear and candles by Cire Trudon.

The MONOCLE range includes:
Drakes London MONOCLE Scarf – in two colours, made from merino wool, elegant and simple.
Artek MONOCLE Stool – a reworking of the design classic bearing the MONOCLE stamp of approval.
Porter MONOCLE Bags – first designed in 1923, these sturdy bags offer style and security.
Hinoki _ MONOCLE scent – a cedar scent created by Comme des Garçons' perfumier Antoine Maisondieu.
