Indian marriages are known for their lavishness, spending a ransom in unbothered fashion to that that 'perfect look' of the bride. Indian bridal wear market is estimated to be around Rs.800 billion, and is positively expected to grow by 25% per annum.

Many NRIs have the practice of coming to India for their marriage shopping or for their marriages itself boosts the Indian bridal wear market.

A lavish assortment of bridal wears is available in the market, with many different colors and designs. In international forefront, Indian designer bridal wears are selling like hot cakes in the market.
