Netherlands based company to set up accessories unit

Paxar Bangladesh Ltd, a Netherlands-USA based company, is planning to set up a clothing accessories manufacturing unit in the Karnaphuli Export Processing Zone.
An agreement to this effect was signed between Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA) and the Paxar Bangladesh Limited.
Paxar is planning to make a sizeable investment totaling to nearly US $24 million in setting up the unit and will create employment for nearly 519 Bangladeshi employees.
Paxar Bangladesh Ltd, a subsidiary of Avery Dennison Corporation is one of the latest additions to manufacturing facilities in Avery Dennison's Asia Pacific operations.
