Türk Telekom, Turkey's main fixed-line telephone company has developed an institutional clothing project to provide its workers with quality and functional uniforms.

Turk Telekom felt the need to create a uniform suitable for climate changes as it operates all over the country and in every geographical condition and this initiative reflects company's innovative perspective and provide a institutional identity.

Over 320,000 sq. m. of fabric has been consumed to produce around 300,000 clothing items and more than 5,000 sq. m. leather for shoes and boots of the uniform.

In a bid to make the uniform fully comfortable and suitable for every climatic condition, a study had been conducted to identify the needs of the Türk Telekom employees. A special anti-bacterial fabric has been utilized to produce the shirts.
