Textile major, Raymond Ltd., plans to ramp up its store count as well as expand its shirting capacity, said a very senior official of the company.
Raymond plans to add about 100 more stores in the current fiscal, most of which will be opened in non-metro cities and will be concentrated in class II, III and IV towns & cities.
In its joint venture with Gruppo Zambaiti of Italy, it plans to increase production of shirtings by 10 million meters per year.
