Adams Kids, UK-based kidswear retailer is planning to jettison its agreement with Bahrain-based Jawad International Fashion for its Indian operations and replace the entity with other retailers.
Adams Kids is a specialist fashion retailer for kidswear and offers casuals as well as partywear clothing for children aged between 0-10 years, while Jawad is an established retailer in the Middle East.
The Indian retail operations of Adams Kids began in 2007 through the franchisee route. Fibre2fashion spoke exclusively to Mr Sharad Madan, Managing Director of Adams Childrenswear in UK to get his comments.
He said, “We consider India as a big potential market for the Adams brand. We would like to partner up with an established Indian retailer to maximise on the success of the brand in India. Jawad is an experienced retail partner but not for the Indian territory”.
