H.D. Lee Company, Inc.'s Lee Jeans, a dominant force in the denim and casuals categories, announced the company's licensing agreement with Quebec-based Paris Geneve, which will produce men's underwear, thermal underwear and loungewear under the Lee brand label for Canadian mid-tier retailers. This new agreement enables the Lee brand to build upon its 120-year heritage and success of providing quality products at a value across a broad range of apparel categories important to today's consumers.

“Through our partnership, we are leveraging our category and brand expertise to translate the strength of the enduring Lee brand and create innerwear products with the features today's consumers desire most.”

“We are extremely pleased to partner with Paris Geneve to expand the Lee apparel offering in Canada and build upon the brand's positive momentum,” said George Weldon, director of North American licensing for the brand. “Paris Geneve is a best-in-class licensing partner, and we look forward to offering men the same level of comfort, fit and style in underwear, loungewear and related categories as we do with our jeans and other casual apparel.”

“We are excited to expand the Lee brand's presence in the Canadian marketplace through this important licensing agreement,” said Chafic Zakaria, CEO and president of Paris Geneve. “Through our partnership, we are leveraging our category and brand expertise to translate the strength of the enduring Lee brand and create innerwear products with the features today's consumers desire most.”

Lee Jeans is a division of VF Corporation. Headquartered in Merriam, Kan., Lee manufactures and markets brand denim, casual pants, shirts, fleece and knit apparel. A brand committed to the community, Lee Jeans founded Lee National Denim Day, one of the largest single-day fundraisers for breast cancer.

Paris Geneve is a leading designer, innovator, manufacturer and distributor of quality innerwear apparel.
