16th CPM to run with new catwalk concept

The 16th CPM – Collection Première Moscow will be presented from February 21 to 24 2011 with a new hall layout at the Moscow Expocentr fair grounds.

“The interest taken in the Russian market by foreign brands has grown significantly, not least due to the again higher corporate morale in the country. Many exhibitors will enlarge their stand floor space. Add to this the first-time exhibitors keen to benefit from the positive mood in the Russian apparel trade,” says CPM Project Director Christian Kasch and adds: “To be able to offer our customers these extension options we have optimized the “neighbourhoods” and have, more specifically, re-arranged some of the country pavilions. Which is why we are now in a position to present trade visitors in February even more comprehensive fashion ranges than before.”

CPM Kids charts a new course and gains in exhibition space (Hall 2.2 and – new – also in Hall 2.3). Here exhibitors from France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Russia will be showcasing the latest trends for kids.

CPM Premium in Hall 8.1
The CPM Catwalk will move to the attractive and more spacious Hall 8.3 where visitors can draw on live inspirations from the latest 2011/12 Autumn/Winter collections staged in the “CPM Style & Premium” and “CPM Kids” Shows.

Explaining the move Christian Kasch said: “New is not just the Hall but also our catwalk concept. For the first time exhibitors will be given the opportunity to reserve so-called slots. These time windows lasting a maximum of 15 minutes are ideally suited for collection pitches. The catwalk complies with international standards and the slots ensure plenty of attention at affordable prices. Slot fees include models, choreography, technical equipment and photo shoots.”
