NRI & Westlife will form NRI USA LLC

NRI Distribution Inc, the Canadian premier Third Party Logistics (3PL) Company is expanding their footprint to the United States and bringing E-Commerce fulfillment to both Canada and the USA. In addition, NRI Distribution Inc. is forming a strategic partnership with Westlife Distribution USA LLC to create NRI USA LLC.

The partnership will create a one-of-a-kind synergistic service within the otherwise stale fulfillment industry. Innovation, unmatched value, proprietary software solutions, industry relationships and 45 years of combined experience are at the core of the agreement.

The goal is to provide boutique, turn-key fulfillment services which include such 3PL Services as pick and pack, inventory management, vendor compliance, freight, returns management and EDI; E-Commerce solutions such as web design, studio photography, merchant services, shopping cart maintenance and customer service; and finally a variety of brand support services.

NRI Distribution, established in 1997, is a proven Canadian fulfillment company managing backend services for the best companies in action sports including Quiksilver, Volcom, C1rca, 686, DC, Lib Tech & GNU, Dakine, Oakley and Electric; Outdoor including Icebreaker, Mammut, Karhu, Outdoor Research and K2 Sports; and Street Fashion including TOMS, Hershel, Sitka, Macbeth and Josef Seibel.
