Sierra Industrial Enterprises will provide a complete wardrobe solution to Madura Garments.
Major brands like Louis Phillip, Van Heusen, Allen Solly and Peter England have appointed Sierra as their footwear licensee.
Under the agreement, Sierra will manufacture, source, market, sale and merchandise on behalf of these brands.
Sierra has been very successful in sportswear industry and its proof is successful introduction of the Nike brand in India.
Sierra is the brand licensee for the Italian brand Lotto as well as other reputed brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Disney, Levis and Dockers.
Shankar Balan of Madura Garment said that Sierra is the right and logical choice as it is potential company having capabilities in design, databank, manufacturing, retail and distribution of footwear.
Jaswant Singh, CEO, Brands & Licensing, Sierra Enterprises, said that they were into all footwear categories such as kids, women, casual, sports and fashion. By joining with Madura Garment, they would be able cover the formal segment.
