Pantaloon forms JV with Talwalkars Fitness

Leading retail chain Pantaloon Retail India and Talwalkars better value Fitness Pvt Ltd have signed Memorandum of Understanding to form 50:50 joint ventures.
Under this JV, they will retail health related products and provide fitness related services.
Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited is a leading retailer with a turnover of Rs. 1084 crores for the financial year ending June 2005.
Headquartered in Mumbai, this well diversified company it operates primarily the Lifestyle and Value formats through multiple delivery mechanisms and lines of business.
