M/s Globalite Industries Private Limited, the wholesale licensee for Lotto Open Footwear range in India, based in Delhi, announces the launch of its own brand Globalite.

Globalite introduces a globally inspired footwear line for the youth of the country that is also cost-effective. The brand's tagline “Playfree” accurately expresses its functional aspects, as each pair of Globalite footwear is ultra light, comfortable, durable, ready to take on challenges and perform with gusto and energy.

Despite similarities in India and China's demographics and business potential, unlike China, the branded or organized players in the footwear industry in India, constitute less than a mere 5% of the total market share. Globalite is the first to have identified this opportunity in the branded market segment in India.

With a population of over a billion, 60% of which comprises of youth, Globalite believes the country can be the largest consuming economy in the world. Hence, its market acquisition potential is of an astronomical size, and has the potential to grow exponentially.

The brand aims to support and promote the majority of young sportsmen who cannot afford the existing sportswear labels in India. “The Sports sector in India represents a vast chunk of under-utilized talent.
