D15trict Lounge to debut during January Market

Dallas Market Center, the world's largest wholesale resource, announced grand opening plans for the D15TRICT Lounge, located on the 15th floor of FashionCenterDallas.

The lounge, debuting during the Apparel & Accessories Market being held in Dallas January 24 – 27, 2008, is the newest addition to the growing D15TRICT – the 100,000-square-foot contemporary neighborhood inside the apparel and accessories marketplace FashionCenterDallas.

The D15TRICT Lounge is the highlight of the contemporary neighborhood reflecting the fashion-forward products available on the 15th floor of FashionCenterDallas.

The lounge is approximately 2,250-square-feet including an incredible outdoor patio. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a spectacular view of downtown Dallas and the lounge will be the perfect retreat for busy buyers. Beverage and food service will be available during markets.

The décor of the lounge brings the outside in with a monochromatic color scheme – red with accents of black and gold. Several seating areas will include lounge chairs and ottomans, and tables along the windows.

The bar will be illuminated beneath with a red glow. The lounge will be the ideal event space for FashionCenterDallas events, as well as non-market events.

The D15TRICT Lounge grand opening will be on Thursday, January 24 from 5 to 7 p.m. Guests will enjoy the hottest view of the Dallas skyline while enjoying cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and live music.
