Danish firm Jack & Jones unveils sustainable denim collection in India

Jack & Jones has announced the launch of Jack & Jones Protect, the most sustainable denim collection to date founded on the premise of eco-responsibility. This special collection will be available from March 30, 2021 onwards on the Jack & Jones India website and all stores. Jack & Jones is a leading jeanswear brand, which is headquartered in Denmark.

The denim features fabric made from a blend of BCI Cotton and polyester from recycled pet bottles. It is dyed/manufactured using recycled water and no fresh water. Used bottle corks are used for the back patch, while the buttons are lead, nickel, cadmium free buttons, according to a press release by Bestseller India, the parent company of Jack & Jones.

The new range of Jack & Jones sustainable denim is not just a trend, but instead a new way of life. With Protect, Jack & Jones is committed to the core values of ethical sourcing, usage of recycled materials and green chemistry by treating the denim with eco-friendly methods like e- flow, ozone, and laser.
