Used clothing platform Poshmark files to go public

Poshmark, an online resale marketplace for second-hand clothing, recently said it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement relating to the proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The number of shares and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
The initial public offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions, the company said in a statement.
In June last year, Poshmark had unveiled the Home Market, an in-app marketplace to buy, sell and connect around home décor. It had launched Posh Markets in July 2018, creating an easy and immersive way for the its community of registered users to tap into a diverse selection of categories on its platform.
The initial public offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions, the company said in a statement.
