IMC Women Entrepreneurs 2007 in Mumbai

IMC Ladies' Wing's 'Women Entrepreneurs 2007' exhibition and sale will be held at Taj President, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai for two days, 31st October and 1st November 2007.
A much awaited 'must see, must do' event, this annual exhibition has in the past two decades become one of the most eagerly awaited pre-Diwali and pre-Wedding Season shopping destination for Bombayites.
The Women Entrepreneurs exhibition and sale has high quality designer wear garments, fashion accessories, jewelry, and life-style products. “As in the past, this year also will also be an exciting an enjoyable experience with the hottest shopping of the season,” says Ms Minal Bajaj, President, IMC Ladies' Wing.
In a press statement, she sought to explain the meticulous care being taken to work out every detail of the exhibition. Ms Bajaj said “We call the women entrepreneurs in advance and screen their products carefully to ensure two basic criteria superlative quality and novelty value and affordability in respect of price range and to provide them under one roof.
Ms. Vandana Kanoria, Chairperson, IMC Ladies Wing, Exhibition Committee added: “Our basic objective is to provide much-needed opportunity to women entrepreneurs with little means and with no retail outlets of their own."
"Our endeavour is primarily to provide an opportunity to young and talented women and NGOs to promote their activity and expand their business."
The Ladies' Wing hopes to bring together more than 50 exhibitors from as far as New Delhi, Kolkata, Gurgaon, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and from Mumbai to participate in the Exhibition, all under one roof. Another highlight of the event is that it will provide complementary stall to seven or eight NGOs.
