Cowboy Outfitters buys Coyote Gear

Cowboy Outfitters, one of the nation's leading dealers of premium cowboy apparel and equipment, has acquired the industry's premier glove manufacturing company, Coyote Gear.
The acquisition is expected to be an ideal add- on to the Cowboy Outfitters product line. Company spokesman John Adams commented, "We saw an opportunity to make a strategic move by acquiring a highly respected product line with a reputation for quality."
A respected brand name in both the western wear and industrial markets, Coyote Gear gloves are known for premium quality, toughness and comfort. Constructed of Cabretta Goatskin, the glove is reinforced between the forefinger and thumb to combine superior comfort with extra durability. The slightly longer fingers provide a better fit and finer 'feel,' making Coyote Gear the ideal work glove.
As a result of the acquisition, the Coyote Gear brand name and quality will remain unchanged. Cowboy Outfitters will continue the same level of service for new and existing retailers of the gloves.
Adams added, "The Coyote Gear glove is one of the outstanding values in the market and we will be accepting new retailers to carry this premium product line."
Cowboy Outfitters is located deep in the heart of cowboy country in Highlands, Texas. It was founded to recreate the environment that cowboys and cowgirls live in and lived in by making available cowboyclothes, saddles and gear of the highest quality available. Some of its apparel and equipment is based on actual items used and worn by the cowboys of the old west while some may have been worn only in Hollywood or is totally new.
