Matalan PLC announces that Robert Shrager retires as a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held today.
The Board would like to record its thanks to Robert for the valuable contribution he made throughout his nine years service.
Geoff Brady, the Deputy Chairman, will take over as Senior Independent Director.
