ANTA Sports CEO awarded for outstanding achievements

ANTA Sports Products Limited is pleased to announce that Mr. Ding Shizhong, the chairman and CEO of ANTA Sports was awarded the “Outstanding Marketing Figure in Chinese Market 2007” by “Annual Convention of Chinese Marketing Leaders”.
On 1 November 2007, “Annual Convention of Chinese Marketing Leaders and Prize Presentation Ceremony of Kotler's Best 20 - Honourable Marketing Prize in China 2007” was successfully held in Beijing. It announced the winners of outstanding marketing entrepreneur and leading enterprises in China's market in 2007. Mr. Melton Kotler, the President of Kotler Marketing Group, delivered a speech in person and presented the “Kotler's Best 20-Honourable Marketing Prize in China”.
Mr. Ding Shizhong, the chairman and CEO of ANTA Sports was elected as the “Outstanding Marketing Entrepreneur in China's Market 2007”. The organizer expressed high appreciation towards Mr. Ding, “Twenty years ago, a seventeen-year-old fellow came to Beijing for his career with RMB 10,000 and 600 pairs of shoes borrowed from his father.
In 2007, ANTA Sports was successfully listed in Hong Kong under his leadership. By means of speed versus scale, he bombarded people with advertisements together with "ground battles", initiating an unprecedented marketing strategy in China and bringing the grass roots their dreams in this era of stars. Moreover, he was getting closer to his dream of becoming the leader of sportswear in the world.”
In order to promote and expedite marketing creativity among China enterprises, New Marketing Magazine and Nan Feng Chuang Magazine held the first Annual Convention of Chinese Marketing Leaders commencing from 2003.
