Revlon to release Q2 2008 results

Revlon Inc announced that on Thursday, July 31, 2008, the Company intends to release results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2008 and webcast a conference call with members of the investment community to discuss the results.
The conference call is scheduled for 9:30 AM EDT and will be webcast live on Revlon's website. To access the call, click on “Investor Relations” and then “Events Calendar”. A copy of the press release will be available under the “Press Releases” section of the Investor Relations website and the Company may post information related to this presentation under the “Financial Reports” section of the website. An archive of the webcast will also be available at Revlon's website from Thursday, July 31, 2008 through Thursday, August 14, 2008.
Revlon also provided an update on its previously announced 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its Class A and Class B common stock. The Company intends to effect the reverse stock split sometime after it reports second quarter 2008 results. In accordance with NYSE standards, Revlon has six months from April 11, 2008 to bring the share price of its Class A common stock and its 30-trading day average closing price to at least $1.00.
