Chou, renowned for his significant influence in the Mandopop genre and his versatility as a singer-songwriter, director, and actor, brings a substantial fanbase to the role, with over 30 million records sold worldwide.

“Dior is pleased to announce Jay Chou as its new global ambassador for Dior fashion and men's collections by Kim Jones. The multi-talented international icon, singer, songwriter, director and actor embodies the spirit and singularity of Dior style," Dior said in a tweet on X (formerly Twitter).

Chou's appointment marks a significant moment for Dior Men, as he joins an illustrious group of ambassadors. This diverse lineup includes Hollywood star Robert Pattinson, BTS's Jimin, French football sensation Kylian Mbappe, the popular K-pop group Tomorrow x Together (TXT), and Pierre Casiraghi, a member of Monaco's royal family.
