Jessica Mauboy to perform at Giovanna DellaValle Fashion Show

Joan 'Giovanna' Dellavalle of 'Ebony & Ivory' is launching her first Ready to Wear Fashion Show in Perth with guest star Jessica Mauboy on Friday October 28th 2011 at the South of Perth Yacht Club.

Hair salon owner turned designer Joan “Giovanna Dellavalle,” moved from Zambia 10 years ago, and plans to open a boutique in the city to showcase her collection which currently has more than 50 stylish designs.

Joan said, “The Giovanna Dellavalle ready to wear ladies fashion collection fashion launch will be a dynamic and professional production featuring some of Australia's top models as well as great entertainment, and we are excited to have Jessica Mauboy to sing for us on the special evening. The event will also feature some of Australia's top models, be MC'd by Russell Goodrick, former Channel 9 presenter.”

“My first collection is named 'World Inspirations' and I gained influence from iconic landmarks, colours and cultures from around the world. It's my dream come true to finally launch my own label and first collection”, Joan said.
