The Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane returns for 2012, with a feast of fresh and delicious collections for Spring/Summer.

The Festival has grown in success and acclaim since its inception, and again on the menu are more sell-out shows, stylish events, workshops, discussion forums and of course, more mouth-watering fashion.

The Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane will start on Saturday 25 to Friday 31 August 2012.

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane, hosted by Treasury Casino & Hotel returns as Queensland's premier fashion event, ripe for a seventh, successful season, and once again celebrating the fruits of fashion, design and creativity to showcase the very best from the local market and beyond.

Queensland has certainly faced its fair share of challenges over the last few years, but the courage, effort and support to overcome these setbacks has been nothing short of amazing, and the fashion and retail industry is no exception.

The latest interest rate cut, while wonderful for homeowners, is also great news for retailers and the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane. The event has proved every year to drive sales and exposure for this great city, and will further boost that positive outlook in the fashion sector.

The Festival attracts increasing support each year and 2012 is no exception. Last year's event saw the largest number of participating designers and retailers yet and their stunning collections typify, without a doubt, that our local fashion talent can cut it on a national stage.
