With wedding season just around the corner, a new fashion tool titled "If the Hat Fits" has been launched online to help users find the perfect summer hat to suit their face and their outfit's colour palette, using current trends to ensure the perfect recommendations for spring/summer 2013.

The tool, offered by fashion retailer Fashion World, is designed to help users choose a summer hat based on the shape of their face, the colour of their eyes and the event in question, giving tips on not just which hat or fascinator to wear but also why these work best for them - making it an indispensable tool for hat-lovers.

Users are given a number of occasions to choose from, including weddings, christenings, Race Day, garden parties and cocktail parties, to ensure that recommendations are accurate for indoor and outdoor events. A variety of colour recommendations are also given, so that users can choose exactly the right hat for any outfit.

Suzie Jackson, Fashion Manager at Fashion World commented on the piece: "We've seen so many royal events recently and all of us have been feeling a little hat envy, so with summer finally on the horizon we thought it was high time we celebrated! We took the latest colours and trends from the catwalk for our hat selector, making it a great reference point throughout the season - we've even been using it ourselves!"
