An infallible mix of famous faces and sought-after photographers has made Mango campaigns among the most eagerly awaited and most talked about. Now, H.E. by Mango has called on top blogger Scott Schuman to shoot its Autumn-Winter 2013-14 campaign, with international top model Andrés Velencoso – brand face for the second year running – to pose for him.

Blogger and fashion photographer, Scott Schuman leapt to fame for his work as editor of street-style bible, The Sartorialist. Schuman has been working with leading magazines and international brands ever since.

Speaking of his partnership with Mango, he said “Working with Andrés Velencoso was very easy. He moves so well it’s going to be hard to go back to taking pictures of people who are not used to standing in front of a camera”.

For Autumn-Winter, H.E. by Mango has gone for a smart casual style inspired by the Beat Generation and vintage. This year’s trends come in natural colours, earth, khaki and garnet with a washed-out, dyed effect.

Also available is Urban Nature, a collection inspired by green cities. For its part, the Suite Premium collection has now been extended to include Classic Fit.

H.E. by Mango was created in 2008 and now has more than 100 PoS. Around 80 new PoS are scheduled to open in 2013 in countries like Germany, France, Netherlands, Russia and Turkey, as well as the Middle East, South-East Asia and South America. Over the next few years, H.E. by Mango plans to reach a total of 500 PoS and to account for 10% of Mango’s total turnover.
