The must-see international fashion event – which last year featured celebrity milliner Stephen Jones, alongside a show-stopping display from iconic Dunedin and other New Zealand fashion designers – will deliver two iD Dunedin Fashion Shows on Friday, April 4, and Saturday, April 5, on the Southern Hemisphere’s longest catwalk at Dunedin’s historic Railway Station.
On Thursday, April 3, the 10th annual iD International Emerging Designer Awards will be held as part of the week, providing an international platform for rising national and global talent and attracting entries from some of the world’s most prominent fashion schools.
iD Dunedin Fashion Week committee chair Susie Staley says this year’s dates were chosen to fit with other international fashion events, including L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival, local events, and the cruise ship schedule, which impacts on the use of the Railway Station.
