Jeanologia, the Spanish company, world leader in the development of sustainable technologies for garment finishing, will present in Shanghai, during the events Denim by Pv Asia and Intertextile, its garment finishing technologies, with the aim of transforming the Chinese textile production model into efficient, sustainable and automated process.

Jeanologia, in collaboration with Prosperity, its partner in China (China Jeanologia by Prosperity) will participate in Intertextile exhibition which will take place in Shanghai from 21st to 24th October. In particular, will show how can substantially change Asian production models through the use of technologies developed by the Spanish company.

Jeanologia, developed the textile laser that reproduces jeans wear and tear avoiding the use of harmful techniques that could damage health of the workers, allowing important savings of energy, water, chemicals and time, at the same time that getting automated production. In addition, eco-G2 uses ozone washing and oxygen from the atmosphere, allowing washing clothes with savings of over 60% in water and energy and about 85% in chemicals

Also, E-soft technology softens garments with nano bubbles, saving 80% of softener and 98% water. E-soft uses no chemicals and removes entirely discharges to the environment.

As stated by Enrique Silla, President of Jeanologia "Asian textile production is increasingly directed towards automation, productivity and social responsibility, the use of laser technology, E-soft and ozone developed by our company, will contribute to this goal.

Furthermore, Silla stressed the importance of transparency in the Chinese textile industry because, in his view, industry must be concerned to the environment, the health of workers and sustainability. In this regard, said that "what matters is not only the product itself but the way in which it is made, how it is done."

He has also highlighted the importance of the partnership between Prosperity and Jeanologia to transform the Chinese market, and has stated that "China will remain the world's leading producer of jeans but this time thanks to the efficiency of sustainable technologies like laser treatments or using ozone instead of water.”

The Spanish company will also participate in Denim by PV Asia exhibition, to be held in Shanghai on 22nd and 23rd October, where, through three collections, will show the benefits of using laser technology, ozone and e-soft, developed by Jeanologia.
