After collaborating with the likes of Isabel Toledo and Sophie Theallet, the American plus-size women’s fashion chain Lane Bryant is now prepping up to introduce its third designer collaborative range with the Texan-born designer Lela Rose.

The ready-to-wear line, which starts at size 14, will feature both day and evening wear pieces, including dresses, tops, skirts and pants, replete with the designer’s signature watercolour prints in eye-catching pop hues.

Dubbed as Lela Rose Exclusively for Lane Bryant, the capsule collection will be available for purchase online and in-stores sometime during the Summer-2015 season.

Speaking on the collaboration, the CEO of the womenswear brand, Linda Heasley, says “Lela Rose is a master of the dress – day, night, work and everything between. I am excited for her to bring her signature prints and styles to the Lane Bryant customer.”

Rose also expressed her sentiments on her first-ever plus-size design venture, “I am thrilled to be working with Lane Bryant on this collaboration. Designing apparel women can feel confident and beautiful in has been a long-standing pillar of the Lela Rose brand, and we are looking forward to bringing our designs to Lane Bryant's inspiring base of customers.”

Started in 1904, Lane Bryant operates through a network of more than 812 stores in nearly 46 U.S. states. The company specializes in clothing for office and fashion purposes in sizes 14 to 28. It also offers lingerie under the Cacique label.

A Parson's School of Design grad, Lela Rose is known for her intricately designed and finely detailed separates, dresses and outerwear. Her prêt-a-porter and bridal labels are sold in more than 75 specialty stores and retailers including Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdales and the Lela Rose flagship in Dallas, Texas, as well as internationally in Canada, Europe, Russia, the Middle East, and Japan.
