Signing for jointly investing with Pranda India:
Mr. Prida Tiasuwan, Chairman of the Board of Pranda Jewelry Public Co Ltd jointly signed in the agreement with Mr. Vinod Tejwani of Gunjan Jewels Pvt Ltd in order to jointly invest to incorporate PRANDA JEWELRY INDIA PVT LTD in India to distribute the jewelry under the various brands of the Pranda Company Group; such as, Prima Gold, Esse, H. Gringoire, etc, in India's market which is considered as the big gold jewelry market of the world and the country with its tendency of the good economic growth in the future by signing in the said agreement held at the Montien Riverside Hotel.
