China Shoe to promote Kanggies & CCR brands

China Shoe Holdings announced that the Company has signed agency agreements with distributors from three provinces in China for promotion of the Company's own brands of "Kanggies" and "CCR".

The three provinces are Guangdong, Fujian and Jiangxi, occupying the South and Southeast part of China. All three provinces have experienced rapid economical growth in recent years, with population of over 77.8 million, 35.4 million and 42.8 million respectively.

The distributors will be setting up distribution channels in their corresponding provinces to market China Shoe's brands of ladies footwear. The Company will conduct dedicated trainings with these distributors to enhance their executions.

"Apart from the previously announced development plan in the Shanghai region, our marketing strategy will also extend to other provinces via cooperation with local agents. It is anticipated that before the end of year 2009, our distribution channel should cover most of the major cities and provinces in China," commented Mr. GU Xiangzhong, Chairman and CEO of China Shoe Holdings.
