Modern Amusement to partner with Blk Brd

Modern Amusement announced that they have entered into a master licensing agreement with Blk Brd, LLC for Modern Amusement clothing and accessories. Blk Brd will hold an exclusive, multi-year license to manufacture and distribute the Modern Amusement brand globally.
Mossimo Gianulli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Modern Amusement commented, “We are excited to partner with Blk Brd and believe this represents a compelling opportunity to significantly expand the Modern Amusement brand both here and overseas.”
“We continue to gain traction in better department and specialty stores as the brand's unique point of view and distinctive contemporary appeal is resonating well with consumers. My team and I will remain actively involved in the design and marketing to ensure that the brand's message is clear and consistent, and we look forward to working closely with Blk Brd to help realize Modern's true potential.”
Modern Amusement is a southern California-based premier designer of men's and women's sportswear, swimwear, and accessories. Founded in 1995, Modern Amusement is a brand thematically focused on the California dream, inspired by international art, music, technology and design.
