IT Holding revenues up in first nine months of 2008

"With reference to the information provided on the request of CONSOB on September 12, 2008 and October 15, 2008, the majority shareholder GTP Holding S.p.A. has informed IT Holding S.p.A. that: (i) negotiations are underway with a firm represented by Mr. Billy Ngok; (ii) the current state of negotiations is such that no further information can be provided. GTP Holding S.p.A., as previously mentioned, undertakes, however, to provide information on any future developments as soon as they occur. "
