Executives at TLVG Inc Include:
LO HUANG – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
In 1992, Mr. Huang formed Super Bell Jewelry, serving as Chairman and CEO since its inception. Today, the Super Bell Jewelry team consists of hundreds of employees, servicing thousands of retailers around the globe. Lo Huang is the passionate creator of the LA VIE brand.

TESSIE LUCAS – President
Ms. Lucas holds a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering from The Philippines. In 1981 she began working for Pace Enterprises, a Los Angeles-based jewelry manufacturer, where Tessie served various positions including Production Director. Ms. Lucas joined Super Bell in 2003 serving as Director of Merchandising, and is involved in all aspects of product sourcing and special projects.

JACKIE KHA – Director of Sales
Jackie Kha joined Super Bell in 1992. As Director of Sales, Jackie manages key departments including sales, customer service, shipping logistics and special projects.

WENDY NG – Director of Finance
Ms. Ng has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and had been with Super Bell since 1995 serving as Director of Accounting. Ms. Ng oversees all financial transactions for the company including audited reports, bank loans, international banking relationships, and financing programs.

VICTOR HAN – Director of Operations
Mr. Han is from Taiwan and studied at Cal Poly Tech University and CSULB in Los Angeles, where he earned his B.S. in Digital Computer Electronics Engineering. Victor worked 11 years in aerospace R&D and as a firmware engineer at Nortel Networks. In 2002, he joined Super Bell to oversee all technical maintenance and operations of the company's internet and software, data analysis and programming.

LI QIN – Director of Information Technologies
Mr. Qin holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Tongji University, Shanghai, and a Masters in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Houston, Texas. Li Qin has been with Super Bell since 2006 serving as Senior Software Engineer where he maintains the company's website and inventory system, and performs data analysis for the company's sales and inventory.

DANIEL CHIU – Design Director
Mr. Chiu has over 20 years of experience as a designer in the fine jewelry industry. Residing in Hong Kong, Daniel Chiu and his design team have worked on dozens of private label projects for brands as well as developing the LA VIE, Eighternity and Chocolique designer brands.

LYLE M. ROSE – Managing Director
Mr. Rose has 36 years of experience within the business and currently serves as President of Jewelry Brands, a management consulting and marketing firm in Beverly Hills, California. He specializes in the areas of corporate structuring, marketing, product and sales development. Previously, he has served as CEO of LID, Ltd., and was Divisional President of Jacor/Jabel Incorporated for 14 years. His experience includes management training, merchandising, marketing and sales initiatives; acting as a liaison and coordinator between U.S. and Asian jewelry companies, and supervising import/export retail and wholesale operations.

GREGORY RUBIN – Outside Director
Dr. Rubin has been in the international export-import business for the last 25 years. He currently serves as the Chairman of Vortex/Yasheng Group. Yasheng Group assets exceed $ 1.7 Billion. Dr. Rubin also serves as director for Central Asia Franchise Holdings Ltd, Central Asia Construction and Development Ltd, Nadir Energy & Mining Corporation, Grand Pacarama Gold Corporation and ADR OTC Markets LLC.
