Reebok, the world's leading sports brand brings for all the cricket enthusiasts its new range of cricket footwear – “Reverse Swing and Reverse Sweep”. The collection was launched by ace cricketer and Reebok brand ambassador Yuvraj Singh and the President and CEO of Reebok International Mr. Uli Becker in New Delhi.

The collection carries a range of footwear which has been specially designed keeping in mind fast bowlers, batsmen wicket-keepers and spin bowlers. The footwear has a dual shank which ensures that the footwear does not bend at any side hence providing better stability and support to the athlete's foot, while the full bent at the ball point makes it flexible enough to provide a comfortable run.

At the launch, Mr. Subhinder Singh, Managing Director - Reebok India Company said: “Cricket is a religion in India and as market leaders we have always given the sport more than one hundred percent support. The launch of the new cricket footwear is another such initiative to constantly innovate in the field of cricket and provide superior products. It is our pleasure to have our long standing brand ambassador Yuvraj Singh endorsing this footwear and we look forward to him scoring many more runs on the field with this footwear.

The footwear is carefully designed keeping in mind the requirements of cricket players. Reverse Swing footwear is specially designed for fast bowlers and Reverse Sweep are for batsmen, wicket-keepers and spin bowlers. This footwear has High end Rubber with very high anti - abrasion property and durability with metal studs on its outer sole. The stitching is at the lip area to ensure that it does not open up due to pressure. The mid-sole of the footwear is CM EVA molded that supports the heel for extra support.

Commenting on the launch, Yuvraj Singh said, “I have been with Reebok right from the start of my career and I do not cease to be amazed by the constant innovation, the effort, the detailing the brand puts into producing cricket related equipment and gear. The all new cricket footwear is of the finest quality and I am looking forward to hit some more boundaries wearing the same on field. I have been involved in providing inputs while the footwear was being designed and I am proud to have a chance to present this to cricket lovers. I am delighted to be present at the launch of the footwear and will urge my fans to go try it for sure!”

Both Reverse Swing and Reverse Sweep footwear support cricketers with its Hi end PU upper with perforations for breathability and the Camouflaged TPU toe cap to prevent injury from fast balls. The upper part of the footwear has Kinetic Fit that helps better motion of the feet. In addition to these qualities Reverse Swing footwear has a strap to reinforce the lacing closure and has the Hi Cut design preferred by fast bowlers.
