True Religion Apparel Inc announced the opening of a new branded retail store at International Plaza in Tampa, Florida. Located at 2223 N. Westshore Blvd., the 2,030-square-foot branded retail store will offer shoppers the entire True Religion collection for men, women and kids, including its signature jean styles, its expanding denim, sportswear and handbag collection, and a full range of licensed product, such as footwear, swimwear, headwear and fragrances.

Located in the heart of Tampa and adjacent to the Tampa International Airport, International Plaza is an upscale, two-story retail and entertainment complex that spans over 1.2 million square feet. International Plaza is the only center located on Florida's Gulf Coast anchored by both Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom and features over 200 specialty shops, including Tiffany & Co., Coach, Diesel and Louis Vuitton. International Plaza's close proximity to the Tampa International Airport and on-site, full-service hotel provides visitors to the area with convenient access to a premier retail and dining experience. International Plaza attracts a significant daytime population, with over 250,000 residents in a five-mile radius and 11.5 million square feet of office space adjacent to the development.

“We are pleased to announce the opening of our International Plaza store, which marks our first full-price store on Florida's Gulf Coast,” said Jeffrey Lubell, chairman, chief executive officer and chief merchant of True Religion Apparel, Inc. “International Plaza, which is located in the heart of one of Tampa's top retail destinations, offers us the opportunity to present our full collections to both residents and visitors to the Tampa Bay area. We are pleased that our solid financial position enables us to increase our retail presence in some of the best shopping centers across the country.”

“The strong traffic trends, demographic characteristics and complementary retail partners of International Plaza exemplify our strategy of securing marquee locations for our branded retail stores,” said Michael Buckley, president of True Religion Apparel, Inc.
