Mirdif City Centre struts its stuff for Dubai Fashion Weekend

Trend setters and fashionistas alike will be out in full force at Mirdif City Centre this week, as Dubai's latest fashion destination hosts the first ever Dubai Fashion Weekend from the 16th_17th April.

The glamorous two-day event is set to wow crowds with a line-up of professionally produced fashion shows from the array of leading fashion and beauty brands at Mirdif City Centre - showcasing a preview of the latest trends and hottest styles from around the globe.

Yousif AI Ali, Vice President of Mirdif City Centre said: "Mirdif City Centre is home to over 260 fashion and beauty stores, and the Dubai Fashion Weekend aims to showcase the amazing range on offer. The event is also a great way to give back to our customers and retailers - who have a chance to highlight their latest collections, looks and trends."

"We see the Dubai Fashion Weekend as the perfect opportunity to promote the whole fashion and retail sector in the region and we hope to continue the event on an annual basis," he adds.

Visitors to the event will be shown how they can achieve the chic runway looks seen on the Mirdif City Centre catwalk with an amazing line-up of hair, make-up and styling demonstrations, in addition to in-store events and exclusive customer giveaways.

The two-day Mirdif City Centre Dubai Fashion Weekend 2010 will be open to the general public for from the 16th to 17th April between 4pm to 10pm daily.
