Brands will be encouraged to regularly update their image galleries, thereby offering a 365 degree approach for buyers to source both in-season pieces for short order as well as preview new collections for the season ahead.
“As a result, the website will form the largest directory of brands and products in the UK, making it an indispensable tool for buying and discovering brands not only seasonally, but all year round,” the organisers informed.
According to organisers, buyers will have the option to search by brand, or instead search by product description and can then, like and save their favourite products before making direct contact with brands.
Adding to the in-depth content will be exclusive interviews with brands and industry experts, supported by enhanced social media activity, market and retail guides, and a full content programme on site at the show.
“Concepts of discovery, adventure and excitement are central to both the website design and the bold and beautiful SS16 theme,” the organisers observed.
Distilled from the WGSN ‘Deep Summer’ trend, the deeply blissed out and sensory Electric Beach theme explores latent energy, luminosity and light effects, water and underwater discovery.
Vibrant colours and textures, dream-like notions and a UV/neon colour palette map a journey towards a summer festival of fashion, where Pure London will gather over 600 major players and fresh new talent.
The next edition will house brands like Humanoid, Guess, Isabel De Pedro, B.Young, Minkpink, Little Mistress, Fly London, GEOX, Paco Herrero, Modalu, Konplott, Oilily, Showroom One and Camper. (AR)
