Denim Apparel Group announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Moonlight Graham Inc (MGI), a high quality manufacturer of better men's and children's licensed sportswear featuring Major League Baseball, Anheuser - Busch, General Motors, Universal Studios, and Cadbury - Schweppes.
