Forth & Towne intends to open in San Diego & Santa Barbara

Apparel retailer Gap Inc announced that Forth & Towne, the company's latest apparel concept for women, plans to open at Otay Ranch Town Center in Chula Vista and at Paseo Nuevo in Santa Barbara.
The two stores are expected to open in November, in time for the holiday shopping season.
"San Diego and Santa Barbara are perfect locations for Forth & Towne, as women in these markets have an incredible sense of style and appreciation of fashion. We selected these centers because they are conveniently located in areas where our customers live, work and shop," said Gary Muto, President, Forth & Towne.
Otay Ranch Town Center, set to open in late October, is located just southeast of San Diego in Chula Vista. Designed to serve customers in South San Diego County, the center will feature more than 150 retail shops and services in an open-air environment.
Located in the commercial and retail heart of downtown Santa Barbara, Paseo Nuevo offers a distinct collection of local and national retailers in an outdoor setting. The center features more than 60 boutiques, two department stores and a variety of restaurants.
Forth & Towne announced plans earlier this year to open twelve stores in five new markets this fall: Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco/San Jose, and Seattle. With the addition of San Diego and Santa Barbara, Forth & Towne now plans to open fourteen stores in seven markets. By the end the year, Forth & Towne will have nineteen stores.
