Sustained demand supports higher European ethylene prices

Ethylene prices surged in Europe in the last week due to sustained product demand in the region.
In Europe, average prices increased by US$ 10/ton and quoted at US$ 1185/ton in the last week, an improvement of 0.85 per cent as compared to previous week.
Meanwhile in US, average prices remained firm and assessed at 30 cents/pound in the last week, as compared to previous week despite of bullish buying trend in the region.
