Innovation Forum, an independent company, has announced that due to the significant public health concerns around Covid-19, this year’s Ethical Trade and Human Rights Forum NYC conferences will be an interactive virtual conference held on May 5th-6th, 2020. This two-day forum will assess how companies can develop and implement robust human rights policies.

The Forum has placed a great emphasis on the importance of networking and on delivering real life, practical content and problem solving around the key issues.

Without being able to meet in person, the Forum is doing everything it can to ensure these conversations take place and business momentum is kept up in these extremely challenging times.

The virtual platform will enable: networking, pre-plan 1:1 meetings and group discussions directly on the platform, whilst benefiting from easy to use networking features that promote genuine engagement with key stakeholders; content: relevant and practical discussion through engaging, focused and candid session formats with high-level speakers and dynamic moderators that ensure audience participation; and problem solving: the online working groups and small group workshop discussions will help drive progress on important practical challenges.

The Forum stated that this interactive and virtual feature also gives it the opportunity to add new formats and live discussions that really dig into the specific real world challenges faced by companies. So this year’s conferences will still deliver the same in-depth, practical and honest dialogue around each of the key issues.
