BCUBE & M2LOG join hands for new fashion logistics venture

BCUBE, a leading provider of integrated logistics services which operates through more than 100 sites in Italy, has signed a joint venture agreement with M2LOG, the Miroglio Group company dedicated to supply chain management in the textiles and fashion sector, to set up B Fashion, the new player in the world of logistics specialising in apparel and retail.

The alliance will have both strategic and commercial aims, focusing on the creation of a new hub of logistics excellence capable of using to full advantage the finest expertise of the two companies, both based in North West Italy (BCUBE at Casale Monferrato [AL] and M2LOG at Alba [CN]). B FASHION will enable the development of key synergies between the two, pitching itself as a highly qualified and competitive player on the constantly evolving fashion distribution logistics market.

Strategically, the new joint venture will allow BCUBE and M2LOG to pool the know-how they have acquired in their respective fields of operation: BCUBE will bring to B FASHION its long-standing expertise in delivering to a highly diverse clientele the best tailored solutions in inbound plant logistics, warehouse management, transport and freight forwarding, air cargo, and value added services; M2LOG will contribute to the project through its solid know-how in the area of integrated logistics for the world of fashion and textiles.

From an organisational and commercial point of view, B FASHION will be able to count on all the facilities and plants of the two companies in presenting the market with a competitive, differentiating offer adding high value. B FASHION’s mission is to guarantee its customers a premium service in all the spheres of production and distribution in fashion logistics.
