Benzene prices edge higher in Europe past week

Benzene prices increased in Europe in the last week due to bullish buying trends in the region.
In Europe, average prices went up by US$40/ton and assessed at US$1005/ton, a rise of 4.15 per cent as compared to previous week.
Meanwhile in US, average prices declined by 15 cents/gallon and secured at 330 cents/gallon in the last week, a decrease of 4.35 per cent as compared to the previous week due to weak upstream energy values in the region.
