Milan based unique multi-platform hub C.L.A.S.S recently showcased its eco smart innovations through its partners' 2017/2018 fall-winter collections. They were presented at multiple international trade fairs such as Milano Unica, Première Vision, Lineapelle, FILO and Munich Fabric Start, and are also on display at the C.L.A.S.S Milan Material Hub.

C.L.A.S.S, specialised in the integration of a new generation of smart values within products and fashion and décor companies, has also organised the World C.L.A.S.S Tour to take the exclusive collections to various cities such as London, Stockholm, New York, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid and Monaco. It has partnered with Ecotec by Marchi & Fildi, Cupro and Roica by Asahi Kasei and Re.Verso for yarns; Miroglio Textile for printing processes and Okinawa for smart materials.

The fabric partners of the company include Re.Verso (A.Stelloni Collection by Mapel), Bacx by Centro Seta, Botanicaldye by Shinnaigai Textile, Lanificio Zignone, Euromaglia, Organic Cotton Colours, Borgini Jersey and Gruppocinque. Brands like Eileen Fisher, Filippa K, Patagonia, Stella McCartney, Wolford, Diesel, Deha, MM6 Maison Margiela and Marimekko chose C.L.A.S.S.'s partners' products as smart elements for their collections.

C.L.A.S.S also organised Smart Talks at Première Vision to help exhibitors, designers, buyers and fashion brands communicate and exchange information. Moreover, the company is planning to carry out onsite professional workshops in Milan to study the existing design development process. (KD)
