Chinese home textiles retailer LuoLai's (Lovo) official overseas website (www.buylovo.com) was formally launched on December 10, in line with the company's entry into international retail markets.

The new website reflects Lovo's upgraded operations, product selection, visual aesthetic, and user experience compared with its China site, and also serves to highlight the company's professional and increasingly internationalized ventures in e-commerce, the company said in a press release.

In order to provide overseas users with a superior purchasing experience, Lovo has called on its many years of knowledge and technical understanding to provide a number of improvements. For example, in terms of commodity screening, the professional design team has selected the most fashionable Lovo products that were designed in the brand's early days and represent the company's classic core values according to the latest trends in Europe and the US.

In terms of payment security, the adoption of international payment platforms such as PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex and Moneybooker allows shoppers to pay more safely and conveniently. Lovo has also installed a professional supply chain team and logistics system that can reach customers in all parts of the world quickly and efficiently, with items guaranteed to be delivered in 3-5 days.

Meanwhile, throughout the shopping process, a professional and well-trained customer service team will be on hand to ensure every customer's needs are met as if they were shopping in their own country.

Customers can currently take advantage of a 5 per cent discount, simply by using the discount code BUYLOVO5 on the checkout page of overseas official website, the release said. (SH)
