Cotton USA to showcase cotton innovation in the global textile and apparel industry at the Premiere Vision Paris beginning from September 19, 2017. Cotton Council International (CCI), Cotton Incorporated and Supima will exhibit jointly at the three-day trade fair to showcase innovation in technologies, fabric blends, performance, design and fashion.

The trade fair will be an opportunity to know about the process to obtain the Cotton USA license which is of high value to consumers and can drive both preference and higher prices.

"Innovation is one reason that Cotton USA has become the cotton the world trusts," CCI executive director Bruce Atherley said. "At Première Vision, our groundbreaking What's New In Cotton section will showcase innovative technologies, or thinking that will inspire brands with new ideas for cotton and cotton blended fabrics, such as US cotton garments that help you feel better after a workout, sweat-resistant tees and denim that keep you cool on hot days. The objective is to inspire everyone in the textile business to think about the many opportunities in US cotton"

Additionally, Cotton USA will showcase the US cotton industry’s sustainability efforts, global cotton market developments, the findings of current market and consumer studies, and its ongoing sourcing programmes that match US cotton buyers and suppliers throughout the supply chain.

“At Cotton USA, we are dedicated to providing the entire supply chain with networking opportunities, ongoing education, and the latest research and technological innovations. It is a part of the premium value we are proud to offer to the entire industry." Atherley added. (RR)
