“However, the average of the month, at 2.3512 BRL or $0.606 per pound, was 1.27 per cent higher than in September 2015 and 30.6 per cent up compared to October 2014,” it added.
Exports, in turn, too warmed in October when compared to September and export parity oscillated significantly due to the Cotlook A Index and the exchange rate.
CEPEA also informed that exports prices in October for shipments in November and December 2015 averaged $0.6465 per pound, up 0.3 per cent from September 2015. (AR)
