Kornit appoints Yron as executive VP of global business

Kornit-Digital, a leading digital printing solutions provider, recently announced the appointment of Gilad Yron as the executive vice president of global business of the company.

Yron will succeed Sarel Ashkenazy, currently executive vice president of sales from May 1, 2016. He was previously with Stratasys, where he held multiple positions of increasing responsibility.

Yron served as senior vice president of products, and previously held positions of vice president of business development and strategic alliances, and managing director of Asia Pacific and Japan.

Gabi Seligsohn, CEO of Kornit, said, “I would like to thank Sarel for his contributions to Kornit over the past 13 years and for taking Kornit from initial sales to widespread market adoption. Gilad has spent the majority of his career working collaboratively with customers in various printing applications and markets and we expect his experience in leading global business to prove invaluable as we continue to develop our business in various markets around the world.”

Kornit develops, designs, and markets innovative digital printing solutions for the global printed textile industry. Kornit's solution includes its proprietary digital printing systems, ink and other consumables, associated software and value added services. (HO)
