Polypropylene plant of Honam to shutdown in Oct-end

A polypropylene plant of South Korea-based Honam Petrochemicals will undergo a planned maintenance shutdown in October 2011.

“The polypropylene plant located in Daesan will be shut down in October-end for a planned maintenance”, a Honam official told fibre2fashion.

He further added that the currently the polypropylene plant with a capacity of 550,000 tons per year is running at full operating rates.
